Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item if:

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or customized items.

• Returns requested after the return period.

Refund Process

• Contact us before returning any item.

• Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once processing begins, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
